Agent Print Kit
The Print Kit turns a published agent into downloadable QR materials for physical and digital use.
You can create a fixed-format poster and a double-sided visiting card, apply your Workspace Brand Kit or print-only branding, preview the result, and download PDF or PNG files.
Before You Start
Print Kit is available when:
- the agent is published
- Public Chat is enabled for the published agent
- Hosted Chat is enabled and has a public URL
Draft agents do not show Print Kit actions. If an agent becomes unavailable for hosted public chat, its Print Kit configuration page displays an unavailable state.
QR Destination
The QR code always opens the published agent's KriyaOS Hosted Chat URL. The destination cannot be edited inside Print Kit.
Open The Print Kit
- Go to Agents.
- Find a published agent with Hosted Chat enabled.
- Select Print Kit or Edit Print Kit on the agent card.
Both actions open:
/dashboard/agents/{agentId}/print-kit
The guided deployment Share Center also provides a Configure Print Kit link after the agent is ready to share.
Choose A Format
The configuration page has separate tabs for:
- Poster
- Visiting card
Each format has its own branding source, headline or call to action, supporting text, and custom fields. Changing one format does not alter the other.
If you leave a required text field blank, KriyaOS uses its inherited or agent-derived value.
Branding Sources
Choose a branding source separately for the poster and visiting card.
Workspace Brand Kit
Uses the workspace's current:
- display name
- logo
- button, primary, or accent color
Future changes to non-overridden Workspace Brand Kit values flow into Print Kit automatically.
KriyaOS
Uses the default KriyaOS identity and pink color.
Custom
Uses print-only values:
- business display name
- logo URL
- brand color
- text color
Custom Print Kit branding does not modify the Workspace Brand Kit or Hosted Chat branding.
Fixed KriyaOS Attribution
The business identity can change, but the layout and the bottom Powered by KriyaOS band remain fixed on the poster and both visiting-card faces.
Customize The Poster
The poster keeps the existing fixed KriyaOS layout and exact size:
- 105 × 160 mm
- portrait orientation
- 1240 × 1890 px PNG output
You can change:
- branding source
- business identity and colors
- eyebrow
- headline
- agent name
- tagline
- QR instruction
- up to two free-form custom label/value fields
Phone, email, and address are intentionally not offered as built-in fields.
Customize The Visiting Card
The visiting card is double-sided.
Front
- business identity
- agent name
- role or descriptor
- tagline
- fixed KriyaOS attribution
Back
- QR code
- QR call to action
- instruction text
- up to four free-form custom label/value fields
- fixed KriyaOS attribution
Workspace Defaults And Agent Overrides
Print Kit uses two configuration levels:
- workspace default
- field-level agent overrides
Select Save for this agent to save only the fields customized for the current agent.
Select Save as workspace default to make the current format settings the default for the workspace. KriyaOS asks for confirmation because agents that inherit those fields will update.
The behavior is:
- agents without overrides inherit future workspace-default changes
- customized fields remain unchanged
- unchanged fields on a customized agent continue inheriting future workspace-default changes
- agent name, role, and tagline fall back to the current agent and are not copied as workspace identity defaults
Use Reset to inherited beside a field to remove its agent override and resume inheritance.
Generate A Preview
Preview generation is deliberate rather than live:
- edit the poster or visiting card
- select Generate Preview
- review the poster, card front, and card back
- download the required files
If you edit anything after generating a preview, the preview becomes stale and downloads are disabled until you generate it again.

Generated files are created in the browser when you download them. KriyaOS stores the configuration, not the generated PDF or PNG files.
Troubleshooting
Print Kit actions are missing
Confirm that the agent is published and Hosted Chat is enabled for its Public Chat integration.
The configuration page is unavailable
The published snapshot or Hosted Chat integration may no longer be available. Return to the agent's Channels page and confirm Public Chat and Hosted Chat settings.
Downloads are disabled
Select Generate Preview. If you edited a field after the last preview, generate it again.
Workspace branding is not shown
Confirm the workspace has a display name, logo, or color in Brand Kit, then select Workspace Brand Kit as the branding source for that format.
