Appointment Booking
Appointment Booking lets an enabled agent create confirmed appointments using either Kriya Calendar or a connected Google Calendar.
Choose a Calendar Provider
- Kriya Calendar stores and manages appointments inside KriyaOS.
- Google Calendar writes confirmed bookings to a connected Google calendar.
Configure Appointment Rules
From Kriyas → Appointment Booking, configure:
- calendar provider and calendar
- timezone
- slot duration
- optional maximum parallel appointments
- at least one business-hours window
Then enable the Kriya for the agents that should book appointments.
What the Agent Needs to Book
The booking action requires a start time, end time, customer name, customer email, and explicit confirmation. Design the agent prompt so it gathers missing details and asks the customer to confirm before booking.
Test Before Publishing
In the Playground, test requests outside business hours, incomplete contact details, ambiguous times, and a confirmed booking.
