KriyaOS Integrations

This section covers how published KriyaOS agents connect to external touchpoints and customer communication channels.

Choose the integration by where the conversation starts:

• Use Hosted Chat when you want a shareable page without building a UI.
• Use Public Chat for an unauthenticated website embed.
• Use Secure Chat for a backend, automation, or internal system.
• Use WhatsApp Conversations for a connected WhatsApp channel.

Before enabling an integration, configure the agent's knowledge and Kriyas, test the draft, and publish it.
