Hosted Chat
Hosted Chat is a hosted UI that lets people talk to your published agent without you building a custom frontend. It is typically paired with the Public Chat integration.
Availability
Hosted chat availability depends on:
- the agent being published
- the Public Chat integration being enabled
- hosted chat being enabled in integration settings
- the hosted chat URL being configured for the environment
Note
If hosted chat is unavailable, the integration can still be used through the Public Chat API.
