Roles and Members

Workspace roles determine what a user can do: who can create agents, publish changes, manage integrations, and manage admin settings.

Common Role Capabilities​

Typical capabilities by role:

  • Owner/Admin: manage workspace settings, members, invitations, API keys, credentials, agents, integrations, and Kriyas.
  • Editor: manage agents, integrations, Kriyas, and custom MCP servers.
  • Billing Manager: view workspace resources and manage billing-related work, without agent-management permissions.
  • Viewer: view workspace resources without agent-management permissions.

Tip

Use Editors for day-to-day agent iteration, and reserve Admin access for workspace security tasks.
