Roles and Members

Workspace roles determine what a user can do: who can create agents, publish changes, manage integrations, and manage admin settings.

Common Role Capabilities

Typical capabilities by role:

  • Owner/Admin: manage billing, invitations, members, API keys, and credentials.
  • Editor: manage agents and drafts; test and publish changes (depending on workspace policy).
  • Viewer: read-only access.

Tip

Use Editors for day-to-day agent iteration, and reserve Admin access for workspace security tasks.
